Maintenance Work
Our company’s core business is corrosion protection and over the years we have gained extensive experience through performing huge quantities of work for many asset owners from Mining (Coal, Gold, Platinum, Manganese, Diamond, etc) to Industrial (Workshops, Warehouses), to Government and Parastatal (Ports, Arms, Power and Utilities).
Each project presented different hurdles yet we have proved successful in overcoming all. Our works are of the high standard that our clients have come to expect.

Tank linings and coatings
We have been involved in various tank coatings and linings over the years. These have involved new and existing tanks both internally and externally. The correct specification selection, surface preparation and application of coatings cannot be overstated and we pride ourselves on our workmanship in every case.

Floor coatings
We have done various floor coatings and screeds for warehouse and industrial clients. Surface preparation includes acid etching, grinding, sandblasting or scarifying as is required for the system being applied. Coatings include alkyds, epoxies, polyurethanes and cement based screeds and mortar.
We have extended our offering to secondary containment (bunded) areas with additional products such as glass fibre reinforcment and polyurea linings.
Sheeting and cladding
We have repaired, replaced and coated many roofs over the years in the mining and industrial sectors and for offices.Â
We prepare the surfaces (including the removal and replacement of the underlying sheeting if needed) and apply coatings from a range that includes alkyds, epoxies and polyurethanes and combinations of these.

New Construction
Through our sister company we have been involved with many new construction projects. On these projects we have applied corrosion protection systems to structural steel, platework (chutes and tanks) and piping for asset owners such as Anglo Platinum, Anglo Gold Ashanti, SibanyeStillwater, Exxaro, Harmony, Indian Ocean Fertilizers, Kumba Resources, Mozal, etc. We also operated a new works blast and paint yard in Wadeville producing an average 500t / Month. We have done work for most of the big construction houses (such as Bateman, Grinaker LTA, Murray and Roberts, etc.).
